We are at the beginning of a transformational change and are at an exciting phase of building a Line 2 Risk team who are passionate about putting customers first, partnering with others in pragmatically driving action, and supporting business decisions which deliver the best outcomes for our stakeholders, people and customers.
We have a number of newly created Senior Manager roles which will form part of the Line 2 Operational Risk (OR) function. These roles will be key to the redesign, implementation and ongoing review of ASB's approach to OR management, including frameworks, supporting tools and practices.
Partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to achieve sound risk management practices, you will provide insightful advice, guidance and practical support that will drive uplift in ASB's operational risk management capability and risk culture.
Reporting to the Head of Operational Risk, the Senior Manager is expected to contribute at both a divisional and bank-wide level across key forums and governance committees, including the Board and liaise with Commonwealth Bank of Australia counterparts on policy and monitoring outcomes, and look for opportunities to leverages common approaches. You will work cohesively and collaboratively with other line one and two Risk teams to advance ASB's goals and enable sustainable OR management outcomes.
