What is the role?

Opportunities at different levels, Solicitor 2-4PQE and Associate 5+PQE

We are in a growth phase and as such are looking for 2 outstanding individuals. A Solicitor with 2-4 years’ and Associate with 5+ years’ experience working within corporate commercial to join our team. You will be a team player, and have a desire to build your career as a recognised Corporate and Commercial Lawyer. 

You will bring the following general commercial experience

  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Business and corporate advisory
  • Transactional

Who will you be working with?

Our Auckland Corporate and Commercial team advise local, national and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, shareholding arrangements, corporate governance and commercial contracts. We are in a growth phase and as such are looking for outstanding talent at different stages of their careers, to join our high performing team.
