Analyst - Corporate Finance

Responsibilities

As an Analyst you will provide high quality M&A, strategic and financial advisory outcomes for clients ranging from small business through to high profile corporate clients and public sector entities.

You'll assist our clients with a range of tasks including:

  • Financial modelling including model preparation and model testing

  • Technical valuations, mergers and acquisitions related advice

  • Preparation of client proposals, strategic value analysis and strategic planning

  • Present ideas in a concise and well thought out manner showing how these ideas bring value to the client

What you'll need to bring to the role

This exciting role is all about delivering pragmatic financial advice to our clients on a range of complex business issues. As an innovative and highly motivated individual, you will inspire teamwork and be committed to coaching others.

Your strong business acumen and personal ambition are essential. Ideally, you will have 1-3 years of Deals experience, a tertiary qualification in finance, superior excel modelling skills and a working familiarity with both accounting and economics concepts.

As the role involves regular interaction with clients, teaming with colleagues at all levels and leading the delivery of projects, interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
