We are looking for an experienced and qualified professional to work closely with the Finance and Business Performance Management Department identifying and implementing business improvement initiatives and ensuring that processes are well documented and subject to continuous improvement reviews. This role will also support project work undertaken by the Finance and Business Performance team through the provision of business analysis or project management tasks as required.
To be successful in this role you will need to identify, challenge and recommend actions to improve organisational performance and build strong and enduring relationships with the wider Finance & Business Performance team and across Council.
In addition you will need to have a proven ability to develop and work as part of an effective team, excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities and well-developed interpersonal and relationship engagement skills.
