Investor Care Manager

With such a big vision we need a big team. We've had an exciting opportunity open up in our Investor Care team as an Investor Care Manager.

The Investor Care Manager is an integral member of the Operations team. The role is responsible for supporting Sharesies investors with a live response experience, driving the creation of loveable moments and helping ensure Sharesies regulatory obligations are met. This role helps to connect our people and product to our investors.

  • Provide leadership, support and guidance for the Operations Team

  • You are enthusiastic, positive and patient and love enabling others to do their best work. You can mentor and support a team who have varying levels of experience
  • You're a fan of good documentation and enjoy honing the little details
  • You'll be working across functions in a fast-growing team, so you'll be comfortable with change and adapting to different working styles
  • Based in Wellington (or keen to be)

The Investor Care Manager reports to the Head of Operations, they manage the Investor Care Leads. No one day will be the same! Our investors will be at the centre of everything you do, whether it's ensuring lightning-fast responses or supporting the Investor Care team to thrive. You'll be helping Sharesies to stay ahead of the curve and be proactive while we grow in New Zealand and internationally. You'll also be working across functions so being comfortable with change and adapting to different working styles is a must.​
