They keep ahead of their competition by focusing on customer experience and the development of innovative payment solutions. They continue to grow organically but always have an eye out for potential acquisition targets and are now looking to appoint a talented CFO to support their growth aspirations.
About the Role:
As CFO you own the financial health of the business through effective leadership of a high performing finance team. An exceptional 2ic takes care of the heavy lifting allowing this role to focus on strategy and commercial decision support to the ELT and Board. An experienced Company Secretary is also retained ensuring the CFO isn’t bogged down in the regulatory compliance obligations required by a dual listed entity. With an ERP implementation planned you will play a key role in optimising the new platform to increase month end cadence, provide additional insights, and improve customer experience.
Already an experienced CFO, you will bring your mana gained in senior leadership or industry knowledge (ideally both) to influence an experienced and cohesive ELT. Listed experience is beneficial to understand the relationship with investors many of whom are Australian Institutional. Strategic nous to deal with the complexity of operating across multiple regions is also important and you will likely have plied your trade in the payments, retail banking, or Fintech industries.
