Webb Henderson is a Trans-Tasman specialist law firm with offices in Auckland and Sydney.
The New Zealand office specialises in strategic legal advice for TMT (telecommunications, media and technology) and corporate and finance transactions. The 18 lawyer local team have been recognised at the New Zealand Law Awards as Boutique Law Firm of the Year 2014 - 2018 and they are finalists once again this year. The Australia office specialises in TMT, competition law and disputes.
TMT law has been a primary area of specialisation across both offices since Webb Henderson's inception more than 10 years ago. It is one of Australasia's leading firms focussing on TMT and one of the largest teams with 4 partners and 14 lawyers across the two offices.
Due to accelerating demands in the TMT area, Webb Henderson is keen to attract a talented lawyer with 2 to 7 years' high quality commercial experience to join the team. TMT experience is not a prerequisite; a genuine interest in the area and a willingness to learn are.
