Sarah is the KPMG New Zealand ASPAC ESG lead and has over 20 years’ experience of programme leadership and mission/values-driven transformation, including experience with large scale multi-site, technology, and business change. She has worked extensively for Banking and Finance sector organisations in New Zealand and in the UK, as well as for Telco and Public Sector Agencies in New Zealand.

Sarah has been leading much of KPMG’s work on climate disclosure readiness through 2022 and has been building the firm’s capability in Board and C-Suite climate literacy.  She is a member of the MfE round-table on Managed Retreat and the Chapter Zero working group.

Prior to joining KPMG, Sarah developed Policy guidance for the all-of-government Climate Adaptation working group and represented Transport through the National Climate Change Risk Assessment process and the National Adaptation Plan development.  She has a Masters in Climate Change Science & Policy from Victoria University of Wellington and an MBA from Bayes Business School, City, University of London.
