Corporate Treasury lies at the heart of the Group's strategic, risk management and market activities and is now seeking to appoint a Treasury Consultant.
Reporting to the Treasury Manager, your primary responsibility will be managing the Group cash position, interest rates and liquidity exposures. This will include all aspects of the day to day management of cash balances, collation, preparation and analysis of a variety of cash flow forecasts.
This is a great stepping stone into a corporate Treasury team and would appeal to a Finance/Accounting/Economics graduate with five years' work experience.
Advanced in Microsoft Excel, your success in the role will rely on your strong numerical experience, attention to details and analytical abilities with a commercial focus. Knowledge in money markets and interest rate product knowledge is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills will assist you in dealing with a wide range of internal and external contacts.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a small corporate team in a challenging role, where you will be trained and will be able to gain experience in a wide range of corporate treasury projects. There is some flexibility with hours for the role. We can be flexible on hours for the role (32-40 hours) as long as you are available 5 days a week.
