MENTORING

APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED

PURPOSE
The INFINZ Mentoring Programme was established in 2014 with the goal of developing younger or less experienced people in the industry and providing a new and interesting proposition to our emerging leaders and young professionals. This programme aligns with the INFINZ mission to foster professional development and education of members within the New Zealand’s financial services ecosystem.

PROGRAMME FRAMEWORK:

  • The programme is offered in two tiers, providing a tailored offering for both Emerging Leaders Group (ELG) and Young Finance Professionals (YFP)
  • The programme is aimed at mentee applicants with at least 4 years work experience, and who are under 40 years old
  • Mentoring contact proposed to run from October for twelve months. At least monthly contact between mentors and mentees is recommended, ideally face-to-face, with perhaps brief phone or email contact between those meetings
  • Content or mentoring process should be left up to each mentor/mentee pair, based on the pairs' respective backgrounds and aspirations
