Financial Analyst - Property

Working closely with the principals, you will be responsible for a combination of financial analysis relating to new investments and portfolio management of the current loan book. 

Responsibilities will be across the transaction life cycle and will include but not be limited to:

• Analysing prospective transactions
• Deal structuring, including cash flow modelling 
• Reviewing transaction related documentation
• Contributing to loan applications
• Liaising with clients and consultants (quantity surveyors, lawyers, project managers)
• Ad hoc board reporting
• Assist with portfolio management and administration including AML/CFT compliance.

 It is anticipated that the individual sought will have the following profile:

• Ideally (but not essential) a minimum of two years experience gained within a bank or similar corporate institution
• Financial analysis and modelling skills
• Property experience (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Tertiary qualified with excellent academic results (e.g. economics, finance, property, law)
