Investment Analyst
The Investment Analyst will support the Investment Manager and wider team in delivering accurate financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the Highbrook Partnership and other strategic initiatives.
This role combines technical modelling with commercial insight, providing exposure to portfolio management, valuations, and capital transactions.
Responsibilities
+ Assist with the preparation of business plans and investor reporting including detailed leasing, income, and cost assumptions.
+ Deliver accurate financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for the Highbrook Partnership.
+ Build and maintain high-quality cash flow models, preparing annual budgets and forecasts within Yardi.
+ Maintain and report key portfolio performance metrics including leasing deals and capex.
+ Assist the wider Investment Management team with analysis, forecasting and market research.
About you
The successful candidate will have bachelor’s degree in property, commerce, or a related field, and at least two years’ experience in property investment, asset management, corporate finance, or valuation.
You will bring advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling expertise, with Yardi experience highly regarded.
Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to create engaging presentations in PowerPoint.
