The team has leading expertise in the taxation of infrastructure projects, crypto assets and M&A structuring.

We have a new opportunity for a tax lawyer with over five years’ experience and who brings a commercial approach, strong academics and excellent technical skills. You'll be part of a team that provides a complete range of advice on all types of direct and indirect taxation. Working primarily with leading tax partners, Andrew Ryan and Simon Akozu, you will advise a range of clients including large corporates, financial institutions, insurers, investment funds and private individuals.

There is a good balance of transactional and opinion work, providing variety in the role. You will thrive on problem solving, bring a 'can do' attitude together with a friendly and professional style.
