You will be responsible for managing a dynamic portfolio of corporate customers, shaping their success through tailored banking and financial solutions. Your ability to deeply understand each customers industry, challenges and goals will enable you to provide customised support to help them achieve their business and financial ambitions. You will ensure you operate in accordance with compliance, AML and CCCFA regulations. Key responsibilities include:

Managing a portfolio of valuable customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to provide personalised banking solutions.

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.

Staying informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to provide strategic advice.
