We’re looking for an experienced Manager – Capital Markets & Advisory to play a key role in originating, structuring and executing high-quality capital markets and advisory solutions. You’ll work alongside relationship teams and senior stakeholders, helping clients navigate complex financial decisions while delivering best-in-class analysis, modelling and insights.

What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will:
- Assist with the origination and execution of transactions across capital markets, advisory and specialised risk solutions.
- Build and review high-quality financial models, analysis and materials to support client proposals and transactions.
- Prepare and deliver clear, well-structured investment papers, presentations and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Relationship Banking teams to develop tailored client solutions.
- Conduct financial modelling and supporting credit analysis for new and existing clients.
- Manage transaction processes, timelines and documentation end-to-end.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of templates, modelling standards and best practices.
- Support less experienced team members by sharing knowledge and providing quality oversight.

- Strong experience in capital markets, corporate banking, advisory, or a related financial services environment.
- Strong Excel skills with proven financial modelling, analysis and valuation skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to a range of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Sound commercial judgement and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Experience working collaboratively in high-performing teams.
