Investment Associate | Private Equity (Auckland)
We’re pleased to be partnering with a highly regarded private equity fund in Auckland on the appointment of an Investment Associate.
Key responsibilities will include screening and evaluating investment opportunities, building and maintaining financial models, conducting commercial and industry research, assisting with transaction execution and due diligence processes, preparing investment committee materials, and supporting ongoing portfolio company initiatives and investor reporting activities.
This opportunity will suit candidates with 2–4 years’ experience gained within investment banking, Big Four corporate finance/M&A advisory, private equity or strategy consulting environments who are looking to gain broader exposure across principal investing.
