This is an outstanding opportunity for an investment banking or corporate finance professional with approximately 2.5–6 years' experience who is looking to accelerate their career and gain exposure to M&A transactions while working alongside some of New Zealand's most experienced advisers.

The role offers exposure to:

• Complex M&A transactions, typically ranging from approximately $50 million to over $250 million
• A broad range of industries, advising leading corporates, private businesses and investors
• End-to-end transaction execution, from financial modelling through to deal completion
• Direct exposure to Partners and senior client stakeholders
• A clear pathway for career progression within a high-performing team
