About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Advisory, you will provide both strategic and operational leadership across the region, ensuring exceptional client outcomes while fostering a high-performance culture.
Key areas of responsibility include:

• Leading, coaching and developing a large team of Investment Advisers
• Driving adviser growth, succession planning and continuous learning
• Developing high-calibre advisers
• Enhancing efficiencies through technology, communication and best practice
• Leading regional business development and marketing initiatives
• Delivering strong financial outcomes through budgeting, reporting and performance management
• Building a culture of professionalism, integrity and client-first advice
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Supporting strategic projects and driving positive change across the business

About You

You are an influential and commercially astute leader who enjoys developing people and building high-performing teams.
Ideally, you will bring:

• Significant leadership experience managing medium to large teams
• A background in wealth management, private banking or financial services
• A proven ability to drive performance and deliver strategic outcomes
• Strong coaching, mentoring and stakeholder management skills
• Experience recruiting and developing successful advisers
• Sound commercial acumen with experience in budgeting and management reporting
• A passion for continuous improvement, innovation and embracing new technologies
