Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting regular one-on-ones, performance reviews and development planning.
  • Managing workflow, resourcing and operational priorities.
  • Driving continuous improvement, automation and process efficiencies.
  • Supporting onboarding, client transaction processing and operational excellence.
  • Handling escalated client matters where required.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to improve systems and client experience
  • Contributing to strategic projects and technology initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk requirements

About You
You are a genuine people leader who enjoys helping others succeed while improving the way work gets done.
You'll likely bring:
  • Leadership experience within financial services, banking, funds management or a similar regulated environment
