The Role
We’re looking for a Manager Regulatory Affairs to support our advocacy and policy agenda. This role works closely with industry leaders, regulators, and government to shape policy, develop submissions, and represent member interests on key regulatory issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse regulatory and policy developments
- Develop policy papers, briefings, and submissions
- Lead and coordinate consultation responses
- Support member committees and drive engagement
- Build relationships with regulators and stakeholders
- Contribute to FSC’s strategic advocacy priorities
About You
- 3-5 years’ experience in policy, regulatory affairs, or advocacy
- Strong understanding of NZ’s regulatory environment
- Excellent writing, analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and build consensus
