- Leading, supporting and advising on M&A activity and divestments.
- Capital structure advice and strategic modelling.
- Support on significant investment initiatives including business case development and financial model development and review.
- Preparation of board level case studies and recommendations.
- Ad hoc support to business unit leaders and group executives.
- Project related and ad-hoc tasks.
