About the Role:
This is a rare opportunity to become the first in-house CFO in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You will design and implement a fit-for-purpose finance function, develop insights to drive pricing, investment, and strategic decisions, and provide clear, actionable reporting to the CEO and Board. Beyond the numbers, you will influence the organisation’s growth trajectory, supporting capital strategy, investor engagement, acquisitions, and future international expansion. While strategic in nature, the role is hands-on, giving you the chance to build processes, dashboards, and controls from scratch, and see the direct results in real time. Equity participation provides meaningful upside, reflecting the long-term impact you will have on the business.

You will have experience in capital raising, scenario modelling, and evaluating strategic opportunities. Exposure to acquisitions or offshore expansions is highly desirable. You are confident at Board level, pragmatic in your approach, and motivated by creating long-term value. Low-ego, hands-on, and commercially intelligent, you are ready to shape a finance function, influence strategy, and partner with a lean, ambitious leadership team to drive the next stage of growth.
