As a Corporate Associate, you'll work alongside experienced banking professionals, supporting corporate customers while developing your commercial, credit and relationship management expertise. No two days are the same in this role. You'll work across multiple portfolios, partnering closely with Client Directors and Associate Client Directors to support customer needs, progress onboarding activity and assist with credit and portfolio management. You'll build strong relationships across the bank, helping deliver great customer outcomes while keeping activity moving smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking, working to deadlines and being at the centre of making things happen.

For this role we're looking for an organised, commercially minded relationship builder who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast paced environment. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:
  • Skilled at building trust and maintaining positive customer relationships through effective relationship management
  • Confident in preparing financial analysis, cashflow assessments and industry research to support decision making
  • Highly organised, good time management with excellent attention to detail and a focus on process improvement
  • Proficient in working collaboratively across multiple teams to coordinate approvals, documentation, settlements and customer outcomes
  • Confident in assessing risk and identifying practical solutions for both customers and the business
  • Effective communicator with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally
