About The Role
The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.
We're looking for a Junior Treasury Manager to support the local treasury function in New Zealand, managing liquidity, market, wholesale credit, and capital adequacy risks.
You'll play a key role in decision-making by building and maintaining financial modelling and frameworks, as well as owning Treasury-related analysis on initiatives in the market.

What You'll Be Doing
We're looking for a Junior Treasury Manager to support the local treasury function in New Zealand, managing liquidity, market, wholesale credit, and capital adequacy risks.
You'll play a key role in decision-making by building and maintaining financial modelling and frameworks, as well as owning Treasury-related analysis on initiatives in the market.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end liquidity, capital, and market risk in New Zealand
- Designing and implementing treasury management frameworks
- Supporting Treasury-related regulatory reporting
- Developing deep insights into liquidity movement and related risk management, while building and maintaining models and methodologies for liquidity forecasting
- Supporting the business in launching and developing features in the market, advising on capital and liquidity requirements
- Managing relationships with banking partners
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of financial regulatory requirements in New Zealand
- 1+ years of experience in supporting end-to-end treasury processes and controls
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as finance, economics, or maths
- Experience as a Treasury Analyst in a bank or within the financial services industry
- A solid understanding of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand’s regulations and local financial operations
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- The ability to understand complex financial concepts and solve them systematically
- Proficiency in data tools, preferably SQL
- A CFA Programme Level 1 (or higher)
- To be NZFMA accredited
