We’ve had an exciting opportunity open up in our Risk and Compliance team as a AML/CFT Compliance Officer! Located in Wellington, we’re looking for people who love the idea of working in a dynamic, innovative environment and who are as excited about our vision as we are. 

For the AML/CFT Compliance Officer role we are specifically looking for someone who: 

• brings financial crime expertise, serving as our go-to authority across both New Zealand and Australia to ensure Sharesies stays compliant and meeting our requirements
• is an awesome educator and influencer, turning complex compliance into clear, engaging guidance and training so every team at Sharesies understands their obligations
• thrives on collaborating with Product, Tech, and Operations to design smart, robust controls
• is adaptable to change, and is motivated by our vision and purpose
