2027 University Graduate Programme
We’re thrilled to announce that applications for our 2027 University Graduate Programme are open!
We're on the lookout for a diverse group of graduates to work in Consumer Banking & Wealth; Institutional, Corporate and Agribusiness Banking, Financial Markets, Technology, Product, Sustainability and Marketing, Finance, and Data, Digital and AI.
As part of the programme graduates will receive an immersive 12-month orientation, including mentoring support and tailored development workshops.
The programme will be open to graduates in the final year of their degree or those who have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the past 12 months. Our graduate opportunities are entry level roles giving broad exposure across the relevant business units.
