Product Analyst - Working Capital
Mō te tūranga | About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join the Business Lending Product and Payments team here at Westpac. As a Product Analyst, you’ll be supporting the wider team which focuses on Working Capital products. You’ll be largely assisting the Senior Product Managers and Product Managers in the team on strategic initiatives and compliance requirements, responding to front-line queries and delivering product insights and reporting.
We’re looking for someone who is excited to learn, not afraid to ask questions and has a vested interest or passion in product or banking. You must be an excellent communicator and will ideally bring your passion and fresh ideas to the team.

- Financial services industry experience
- Delivering customer focused outcomes experience
- Data analysis and reporting experience with strong analytical skills
- Experience within the Banking sector
- Experience in large, consumer services organisation
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
- A growth mindset with the ability to drive change through a large organisation
- Strong stakeholder management skills to guide individuals to a fast and effective outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
