David is a Director of Deutsche Craigs Investment Banking Team, following 4 years as a Director within the Debt Capital Markets team of Craigs Investment Partners. Prior to that he was with the investment banking group of ABN AMRO for 12 years involved in a variety of transactions, and four years with the investment management division of Bank of New Zealand. David has extensive experience in public securities offerings from a wide range of debt issuers. Previously David also provided advice to various clients on debt structuring, capital structure and valuation.
David is a CFA Charterholder and currently president of the CFA Society of New Zealand. David is also a member of INFINZ.
