Mark is Chairman of Spark New Zealand Limited, Transpower New Zealand Limited, Willis Bond Capital Partners Limited and Willis Bond General Partner Limited.
He is a director of Freightways Limited and ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited, and a board member of the Treasury Commercial Operations Advisory Board. He recently retired from the Board of the Financial Markets Authority. He is also Chairman of the Aspiring Foundation Trust and a Trustee of the Southern Lakes Arts Festival Trust and a consultant to law firm Simpson Grierson.
Mark has a law degree from Victoria University of Wellington.
