Martin is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking team and is responsible for Equity Capital Markets. He joined the firm in 1995 and has extensive experience in all types of equity offerings.
His recent IPO experience includes EROAD, Genesis Energy, Z Energy, Mighty River Power, Summerset and Xero.
Martin has raised additional equity for many New Zealand issuers, including Air New Zealand, Argosy, Auckland Airport, Fisher and Paykel Appliances, Infratil, Nuplex, PGC, Precinct Properties, Refining NZ, Rubicon and Telecom.
He has also been involved in large scale secondary offers of shares in Auckland Airport, SKYCITY, Telecom and NGC, and the takeovers of Capital Properties and Carter Holt Harvey.
Martin has a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Commerce. He is a member of the Institute of Finance Professionals of New Zealand (INFINZ).
