This includes helping businesses and market participants understand their obligations when offering products or investments and encouraging the clarity, quality and effectiveness, of financial product information for investors. Simone is a senior lawyer with a strong commercial background in financial services and has held senior legal, risk and compliance roles in the financial services industry both here in New Zealand and in Edinburgh.
