Mark joined NZX in May 2015. He has 25 years’ experience in financial services covering the capital markets, private wealth, institutional and retail banking, and insurance. Mark previously worked as the Managing Principal of ANZ Securities, and before that held senior management roles with First NZ Capital, ANZ and The National Bank of NZ. Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University of Wellington, has completed executive training at Mt Eliza business school, and is an NZX Advisor and an AFA.
