Ian has been responsible for Accident Compensation Corporation’s (ACC) property and infrastructure investments for the past decade. He has negotiated and structured the purchase of approximately $1b of assets for ACC, employing a number of different transaction structures across a wide range of property and infrastructure assets including ACC’s investments in the Crown’s Public Private Partnership programme. Ian was previously employed as an equity market analyst at UBS covering the property and infrastructure sectors.
