Mark was appointed Chief Executive of the New Zealand Local Government Funding Agency (LGFA) in 2014 and his prior role was Treasurer at Auckland Council. Formerly he held senior trading and sales roles across derivative, interest rate and debt products with domestic banks and in the wealth management sector as Chief Investment Officer at Perpetual Capital and General Manager of Alliance Bernstein New Zealand. Mark is currently a director of Civic Insurance and a former director and establishment board member of LGFA.
