Stephen Oldfield - Managing Director, UBS; Associate Director of Research, Asia Pacific
Stephen is the Associate Director of Research for UBS in Asia Pacific, which has more than 200 analysts in 15 offices across the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to assuming this role in 2014, Stephen was the global sector strategist for the utilities and infrastructure section for the firm and Head of Asian Utilities Investment Research, based in Hong Kong. Prior to joining UBS in 2007, Stephen was Head of Asian Utilities Investment Research for Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong, having joined there from Lehman Brothers in 2000. Before joining the investment banking industry in 1996, Stephen was an auditor and management consultant with KPMG in the Taiwan, the US and New Zealand. Stephen has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Auckland and a Chartered Accountant.
