Chair of the MinterEllisonRuddWatts partnership, Sarah is a highly-regarded infrastructure and construction specialist. With extensive experience acting for both Government and private sector clients in large-scale, complex delivery programmes and infrastructure projects, Sarah is known for providing commercially pragmatic, strategic advice on infrastructure delivery models, legislative frameworks, procurement strategies and contracting structures.

Sarah leads MinterEllisonRuddWatts' roles on transformational projects (for example the three waters reform, Auckland's City Rail Link, Auckland's light rail project and Christchurch's anchor projects) and is adept at conceptualising strategy and navigating challenges inherent in programmes and projects carried out in the public eye. Sarah also has particular expertise in Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), having acted for sponsors, banks or sub-contractors on the PPPs in New Zealand.

Sarah sits on the inaugural board for New Zealand Infrastructure Commission, Te Waihanga - the entity responsible for planning and prioritising the country's infrastructure initiatives to enable growth and prosperity.
