Warwick is the Chair of Ngamotu Hotels Ltd and sits on the boards of Port Nicholson Fisheries, Ngai Tahu Farming, Hamilton Riverview Hotels Ltd.

He is a member of the Fonterra Co-Operative Relations Committee as well as the Business Leaders Forum H&S Steering Committee and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors.

Warwick has extensive Executive Management experience in the Food & Fibre, Property, Built environment, Asset Management, New Technologies and Hospitality sectors, plus spent 10 x years living and working in the in Middle East.

He is a qualified quantity surveyor, has a BCA (Accounting & Commercial Law) from Victoria University and an MBA from the University of Wollongong (Finance & Marketing) and is presently completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Agribusiness at Massey University.

Warwick is CEO of Parininihi ki Waitotara, a Maori incorporation based in Taranaki with $650M in assets, looking after the interests of over 10,500 shareholders. He is passionate about creating pathways of progression for our young rangatahi, as well as ensuring I am a responsible kaitiaki of the taiao for our future generations.
