Julie Anne Genter is the MP for Rongotai and the Green Party spokesperson for Infrastructure and Economic Development. 

She has previously served as the Green Party spokesperson for finance. First elected to Parliament in 2011, she became the first Green MP to win the Rongotai seat in 2023. From 2017 to 2020, she served as Minister for Women and Associate Minister of Transport and Health, leading initiatives to reduce transport emissions, improve road safety, and close the public sector gender pay gap.
