Dee is a Non Executive Director of the ASX, GMHBA Health Insurance, Revolut Australia and works in an advisory capacity for a number of technology scale ups. A member of Chief Executive Women, Dee chaired the organising committee for the CEW Annual Summit between 2020 – 2022 and sits on the Victorian Engagement Committee for CEW.

Prior to this Dee was the Chief Executive Officer of MUFG Retirement Solutions, a division of MUFG Pension & Market Services, Managing Partner at IBM Consulting for Australia & New Zealand and Vice President, Financial Services for IBM Asia Pacific. She has held executive roles at Visa, HP Enterprise Services, and National Australia Bank.

Dee was previously a director of numerous MUFG Pension & Market Services entities, including the Chair of Retire360, a Director of Smart Pension UK and has held Board positions with IBM Australia.

Dee is an experienced leader with extensive expertise, both domestic and international, in technology, financial services, regulation, risk management, and governance.
