Paul joined MORRISON in 2008 and prior to his appointment as CEO in 2022, he held roles including Chief Investment Officer and Head of Australia & New Zealand. He chairs MORRISON's Investment Committee and leads the Management Team.

His investment management experience spans a broad range of infrastructure sectors, including renewable energy, digital infrastructure, transport, healthcare and social infrastructure assets across all the firm’s geographic markets. Prior to joining MORRISON, Paul was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group.
