Craig Weise Climate Investment Leader
Craig has over 25 years of experience in private capital markets across multiple asset classes, roles, and jurisdictions. Craig’s current work is focussed is on providing market solutions that deliver both asset class returns and climate-positive benefits for investors, providing new pathways for capital to take advantage of the opportunities embedded in a changing world while helping mitigate climate risk. Craig was the founding Chief Executive of New Zealand Green Investment Finance, Aotearoa New Zealand’s national green investment bank and largest direct investor in climate solutions. Craig holds an Honours Degree in Economics from Randolph-Macon College and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, a Certified Investment Fund Director and a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors. |
