INFINZ is proud to launch the INFINZ Parental Return-to-Work Initiative - a new campaign designed to keep professionals in finance connected during parental leave.

The initiative offers complimentary INFINZ membership and access to networking events for eligible members caring for children under five while working less than 15 hours a week in paid employment or contracting. The goal is to maintain engagement with the industry, nurture confidence, and smooth the transition back into the workforce.

To celebrate the launch, three complimentary Powrsuit memberships (valued at $500 each) will be offered as prizes to encourage participation. Powrsuit is a career accelerator for women at every stage. Prizes drawn December, March, and June.

By helping parents stay connected, INFINZ continues to strengthen diversity and inclusion within New Zealand’s financial community.

Who Can Apply:

Anyone caring for children under 5 and working less than 15 hours a week, who is a current or recent INFINZ member (within the past 6 years). Alternatively, employers may choose to fund a one year INFINZ membership for employees who are not recent members, with the intention that the membership becomes complimentary for the subsequent years they remain the primary caregiver.

Share information about the initiative through alumni groups, HR channels, and internal newsletters to reach former INFINZ member employees on extended parental leave.

Actively encourage eligible employees to apply for complimentary INFINZ membership and attend networking events.
